Why are you interested in joining Banana Republic? For stability and to be allowed to develop city in the manner I want.

What can you bring to Banana Republic to enrich the bunch? Skills, qualities, talents, etc: I tend to try to resolve issues when they are getting out of hand by bringing things out in the open and calming things down. I also tend to be active in providing aid etc when cities need it. My city although small has reasonable defensive techs for its size.
